VAMPIRES
OVERVIEW
Originally vampires were not a part of the world at least not until much later after the demons were created by Mabuz. As you may have seen within the Archive, Mabuz is the creator of demons and vampires. However, the true origination of vampires has been lost throughout history, as it’s now believed that a demon called Progenitor created them. This is a result of the deities having gone missing, which led to history changing itself throughout time. The start of their history that is remembered at least was the creation of the Royal Pureblood families and the history of the Progenitor.
Vampires were a race that easily submitted to their own desires and greed just like the demons but also had an understanding of humans interestingly enough. While they are more so considered neutral in their alignment they murdered whatever they wished. The very first Pureblood slaughtered races of all kinds was out of control, and spread
the disease of vampirism. He eventually set the rules of the vampires which certain groups still follow today. The strong lead and the weak serve. Eventually, as time passed, Purebloods and their firstborns were being hunted by all races since they were expanding, causing mayhem, and destruction in their wake. Not only that, some were exposing humanity to the existence of the supernatural.
After losing so many of what the vampire society considered Royalty, a group of strong vampires came together to form a council that would help lay down rules and protect their own kind and make sure to put those who endanger their ways to death. Currently, that council leader is referred to as the Vampire Queen and she makes sure to protect those of royal blood left, while also trying to make sure no vampire steps out of line but of course with so many vampires being made and disobeying the rules the council struggles to enforce the law upon all vampires. As to where the council currently resides? Well it’s rumored to be in Japan which has been one of the countries that is still running since the corruption started. It is a smaller city far away from Tokyo that often trades with them in order to survive. Smaller factions and groups have formed to provide their own sort of “protection”, but not everything is as it seems. The purebloods and firstborns that are still alive need to be careful not to trust easily as they could very well end up in a dire situation and a slave to the very people they created.
.. Biology & Anatomy for all types of Vampires
Vampire individuals typically share many characteristics. Here’s a list of all similar traits:
Physiology
・Most if not all vampires have fangs. They can come in all sorts of sizes and can grow longer.
・Most if not all vampires have sharp nails, claws or even nails that can extend out like sharpened claws when in combat.

・Of course a lot of vampires are beautiful creatures in order to lure in their prey, there are even rumors of vampires being eternally beautiful and young looking however there are older vampires.
・A common eye color for them is red with black pupil slits like fox eyes/demon eyes that glow when feeling strong emotion or hunger. They can hide the true color of their eyes with glamor.
* These are just the more common traits, if you want your vampire to have different colored eyes that is fine but it might be a little more rare or less common? Same goes for the other traits here, if you want something different just hit up @foreversleepy/Royal/Catto/Starlight
Length of time without blood

1 to 2 weeks without blood
Dark circles under their eyes, fatigue, gets more exhausted from using abilities, chance that their abilities don’t work as intended or don’t work at all.
3 weeks without blood
They become super sleepy and risk going into a state of sleep where they are unable to move unless given blood.
A month without blood
Unable to function. (They are sleeping bruh)

Lowblood Vampires
Lowblood vampires are the most common and generic form of vampires but due to their uncontrollable nature, they are often seen as pests upon the vampire and human societies. They are typically the common murderers who are captured, killed, and hunted down by hunters, angels, demons, and even other vampires. In almost all cases lowbloods are blood-crazy monsters who cannot control the vampire blood coursing through their veins. They are typically less human than any of the other vampires and are the ones that struggle with the sun more than the others. They often get confused with low-ranking demons due to their more enhanced features like their fangs growing longer and larger than most and their nails. They seem more demon-like than vampires but their uncontrollable bloodlust always gives them away as a vampire. In rare cases, they may be able to control themselves a little bit but require a lot of training and strong will.

Dhampirs
Dhampir is a creature that is half vampire and half human. The only difference between the lowbloods and dhampir is the fact one was able to receive the vampire blood better than the other. Most dhampirs are typically born into the world through one parent being human, otherwise it's a rare occasion to occur between two aristocrats. Regardless, both can be considered rare considering vampiric blood can be intense for a human. As a result, Dhampir's are never created from a dying human, but rather are born into the world as they are. Typically, Dhampirs are often looked down upon for their lesser status, however some view it as quite handy due to their vampiric traits being less noticeable. They don’t share the same weaknesses as a typical vampire but they also don’t have the full power of a vampire. Overall dhampirs are the best of both worlds and while they do face some troubles they blend into humanity quite well given their predicament.

Compulsion/Vampire Mojo
・ A lot of vampires typically have some form of mental ability to charm their victims. Typically this is done with their eyes and voice. This helps them get away with feeding on their prey, calm their prey down, or help persuade them to do what they want. (Most Lowbloods cannot due this due to their typical frenzy like state but those who are not like the others and have better control may be able to use said power.)
*The higher the vampire’s rank the more effective this may be. But remember you must ask people ahead of time if your character can do this to theirs as it is an auto hit in a way/controlling their character, but feel free to abuse this against npcs.

Some form of Telepathy
・ Quite a few vampires are able to have some form of telepathy. Typically this telepathy is usually between other vampires if they are letting their mental guard down. In some cases with stronger vampires they may be able to speak to other supernatural creatures telepathically but they may need to have some sort of bond with said individual or have just fed off them or have been feeding off them for quite some time. Typically first born aristocrats and purebloods can hear other people’s thoughts around them or listen in on a specific person's thoughts as well as talk to them telepathically. (Lowbloods can only have telepathy with the one who turned them.)
*You must have permission from the other person your roleplaying with to hear their thoughts or telepathically communicate with them.
Regeneration
・Typically all vampires have some form of self healing/regeneration passively. The higher ranked vampires typically heal faster and can heal serious wounds a lot better, unless an enchanted weapon was used upon them then it may take longer to heal or not even heal at all depending on the rank of vampire. In very rare cases some vampires can grow their limbs back rather quickly in exchange for using up quite a bit of their energy, but they cannot heal from a decapitation, or burning alive etc.
Enhanced Physical stats and Senses
・ Vampires have enhanced physical stats and improved senses compared to humans. Each Rank has different improved strength, speed, durability, etc. Alongside their senses like smell, taste, sight etc. Of course some may have become blind or lost their hearing depending on what may have happened in their life. This is pretty flexible so feel free to be creative although you may need to check out each rank and see what they can get away with~.

Vampire Venom
・Most if not all vampires have venom they can secrete from their fangs in order to make their prey feel relaxed or make them feel great pleasure when feeding upon them. This is a huge reason why some demons may enslave vampires in order to have some form of enjoyment. Very skilled individuals who are very familiar with vampire fangs can sometimes extract said venom which sells for quite a bit on the black market/underground markets as they are considered a drug which can become very addictive when combined with other supernatural drugs. Higher ranked vampire’s venom may be more intense even to the strongest supernatural creatures so be careful of their bite :O!
*Make sure to ask people ahead of time if it is okay that their character may be influenced by said venom as it is a way of character manipulation which people may not be okay with.

Vampire Blood
・Vampires are able to make more of their kind by turning humans by feeding them their blood. A way a human becomes a vampire is by dying while there is vampire blood in their system. Some humans turn into vampires while others don’t make it either due to the vampire blood being too strong for them to handle or because instead of becoming a vampire they became a thrall instead. Purebloods of course can have offspring that are also pureblood vampires but their blood may not be as strong. Purebloods offspring are typically either elite aristocrats, dhampires, or sometimes even first born aristocrats if it is their first child, or first turned human.
Vampire blood also strangely has some healing properties. Vampires are able to feed human’s their blood to help heal their wounds but it cannot heal any sort of diseases or terminal illnesses. Higher ranked vampires like first born or purebloods can even help heal supernatural wounds and speed up their regenerative abilities.

Weaknesses

Sunlight
・Some vampires have weaknesses to the sunlight in some shape or form. Could be that their skin starts to get slight burns after a while, irritation, and rashes. They could also just feel fatigued during the day, lack energy, or get more hungry. The daylight can also be a bit annoying on vampires' eyes, making their vision a bit blurry, causing eye pain, headaches etc. (Lowbloods tend to have a major weakness to Sunlight.)
*Not all vampires need to have sunlight weakness but Lowbloods for sure have it and it may be more intense as well.

Light Sensitivity
・A lot of vampires typically have some form of light sensitivity so they prefer darker places or dimly lighted areas. Bright lights typically can cause a moment of blindness with vampires or brief eye pain. Some even get a bit dizzy if they are surrounded by bright lights. City lights can be quite daunting on them if they are not wearing some hella dark shades.

Enhanced Weapons
・All vampires can be hurt by weapons enchanted by witches, warlocks and angels. Said weapons can sometimes stop or weaken their regenerative abilities and be quite troublesome to vampires. Sometimes said wounds will leave scars that never heal. If an enchanted weapon pierces the heart of a vampire they die no matter what rank they are.

Holy Magic
・In most cases holy magic can work the same as the enchanted weapons. Holy magic will burn vampires or leave them with quite the painful wounds that may not heal up properly or at all depending on the rank of vampire you are. This is why most vampires tend to be wary of angels and not cross their path if possible.
Bloodlust
・All vampires suffer from bloodlust. It's just their nature they can’t shake. Sometimes bloodlust can be so powerful it drives a vampire crazy, and in some cases can cause aristocrat vampires to derank to Lowbloods if they cannot control it. Every vampire needs blood in order to survive. If a vampire goes for too long they can go into a state of sleep which leads to their body decaying if left alone with no blood for quite some time.
