CULTURE
Much of the culture within Tokyo is very similar to the one we have in our world, however there are twists and turns due to the new occurrences previously discussed. Here we have compiled a category labeled ‘Culture’ to give insight to the way things work around Tokyo. This will update throughout so please make sure to be aware of the server news!
TECHNOLOGY:
Technology is a major part of our own world, and it is very much present in this one. However, due to the corruption, much of the electricity and gas within Tokyo shut down over a period of time due to the lack of outside help. As a result, most of the technology is fueled off the Magi Mana Stone within the center of Tokyo. This fuels anything that needs electricity, such as phones, houses, and more. Although the catch to this is that once you are outside of the Magi Walls, everything stops working.

SOCIAL MEDIA:

Most social media that we know of has now ended. This is a result of the corruption, as many of the places within the world that supported these forms of media ended up collapsing. However, as social media was such a large part of humanity and Supernaturals, the Council made sure to incorporate this into the technology produced by the Magi Stone.
OPTICA:
Optica is a very basic form of social media. It allows for anyone within the Magi Walls to create their own accounts with their own usernames, and post almost anything they please (within law atleast). This form of social media can be quite familiar with that of Twitter, however mixed with a little bit of instagram. Any character is welcome to use Optica in the dedicated channels.
VIEWPOINTS:

Neutral:
This viewpoint is a mixture of all viewpoints given to the situation. Typically they do not see the other as lesser or greater.
Cautious:
This viewpoint means that a species does not trust another, but will not go out of their way to interact with said species in hostile ways. Instead they remain wary of the other species but treat them as they would want to be treated.
Respectful:
This viewpoint means that a species views another as greater or equal to their own. They will typically be at ease when this species is around.
Disgust:
This viewpoint means that a species views the other as less than. They will typically bully/antagonize the other species for their status.
Fear:
This viewpoint means that a species views the other as stronger and more dangerous than their own. They typically will avoid interaction with the other species when possible, as they do not want to cross their bad side.
RELIGIOUS PERSPECTIVES:
HUMANS
Humans are quite complex creatures, especially since they lived in ignorance the vast majority of their lives due to the original disappearance of Supernaturals so long ago. In result, Humans had to grasp at anything they could in order to understand their existence, or at least make foundations for it. This led to quite a lot of stories being told, such as the form of new religions such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism and so much more. Rather crazy, huh? Regardless of these beliefs, none of them hold true in this universe. Supernatural's sudden appearance within the last century has led schools to begin teaching knowledge as far as we understand. However much of our knowledge fell victim to the corruption, plus species tend to view these beginnings quite differently from one another. As a result, it tends to be rather.. widespread in 'truth'.

However, regardless of this new indoctrination, many humans still refuse to accept a different religion. They stick to their previous beliefs dearly, and sometimes protests can be found around the city of these individuals declaring their religion as the truth.

Witches/Warlocks viewpoint:
Witches and Warlocks more often than not tend to put religious beliefs aside to focus more on Magi studies. However, this doesn't mean they don't believe in certain things. Witches and Warlocks tend to believe a mixture of the Fae's perspective and the Angel's perspective, however this ranges widely (sometimes even varies depending on who they're talking to-).
FAE
Due to the Fae originating from Adora herself, many Fae believe she is the most powerful god and the grandest one out there. She has never made a mistake, and everything has a plan. Due to this, they tend to believe all life is a soul, as opposed to matter. Species have souls, as do animals, insects, plants, bodies of water, rocks, mountains, weather systems, and so on. All are both somewhat good and somewhat evil, but the relevant characteristic is power, not morality.

Souls are living beings with volition, moods, and the capacity to help or wreak havoc as they are wooed or offended. The Fae believe earthly events have spiritual causes due to Adora's decisions from the Beginning, when she created the Earth as a whole. However, souls influence the success or disaster of embodied species. Many souls are easily offended and vindictive. Others feel threatened and defend themselves by harming each other. Upset souls knock life off balance, causing trouble ranging from headaches to hurricanes. Ultimately, the Fae are more focused on the souls within the world rather than the past history. They live their lives with compassion, forgiving those who have done wrong and looking forward to a better future. There is no judgement, there is no hatred. Everything and everyone is loved in some form.

As for the corruption, Fae believe that this is ultimately a result of the species being unpeaceful and dangerous. Sometimes they even include themselves for not doing better. As a result, the Fae typically believe that Adora will once again arise, and ultimately put a stop to all this madness.
History viewpoint:

In history, the Fae believe that Adora was the most benevolent out of all the deities. However, there is strong belief an evil subsided on the world she tried to call home long before she had arrived. It had already taken it's toll on the land, and progressed worse with the appearance of new Deities. Adora herself, once she found out, did everything she could to bring an end to all evil in a peaceful manner. However, her son (Ushas) and her daughter (Amaya) made this very difficult, as they tended to be 'spoiled' and wanted to do things their own way. As a result, Kismet was later born in a last ditch effort for Adora to bring peace, which she did for a short while as Kismet put all the deities in a slumber.

DEMONS
Demons aren't very religious creatures compared to their counterparts. They tend to follow their own rules and regulations without much care, but some say this is because Mabuz left them with hardly any instructions. Instead he wanted them to be free from domineering Deities, and to focus on themselves as a whole in this crazy world.
History viewpoint:

Demons whole heartedly believe that Mabuz, their creator, was mistreated and abused by the other gods for simply existing. They argue that Adora had created Mabuz and he was not quite what she wanted, so she ultimately gave him up. However, when Mabuz revealed himself again, instead of accepting him with her other children in open arms, he was attacked and ostracized for the way he was created. Ushas was believed to be the worst of them, holding his head up high against Mabuz in a belittling way. Meanwhile Amaya may have been intelligent, but she was very much a slacker who wasn't bothered by her distant brother's distress. Overall, Demons feel as though Mabuz was entirely wronged, being treated as less than for being himself. In result, this lead to the creations of Demons, Mabuz attempting to create a new family. However, the other deities couldn't leave them alone. They were attacked, killed, murdered for simply existing. This is why Demons sole purpose is to defend their identities with pride.
VAMPIRES
W.I.P
ANGELS
An Angel's religious perspective is more a philosophy than anything. However, their version of the story is that Ushas was the first to become the ‘all knowing’ or ‘the enlightened’. As a result, Angel's religious practice is focused on understanding, accepting, and living in Harmony with the reality of oneself. In order to achieve this, one must understand the three marks of existence, which is
1. Everything changes (Impermanence)
2. Everything is connected (Interdependence)
3. Everything is stressful (Imperfection)

As for the corruption, due to their perspective on history, they truly tend to believe that Demons (sometimes even vampires) are the cause for the destruction of Earth. They believe that Ushas wanted to wipe out Mabuz, and ultimately they believe that must be done to all of his creations as well.

History viewpoint:

However, despite as grand as this may sound, it has quite a lot of complications. Angels believe Usha's was meant to save them from Mabuz due to his enlightment, until he was supposedly betrayed by Kismet by being forced to sleep. Angels believe Ushas will once again arise within the world to take down the evil Mabuz and his corruption. This viewpoint has led to their disgust towards Demons and Vampires alike, as they supposedly embody everything they were taught against.
