This page is a compiled list of all the members within Heiwa No Chitsujo, as well as some synopsis's of each individual to help you get to know them!
PRESIDENT
At the very top belongs the Queen, who is otherwise known as President of Heiwa No Chitsujo. She is a very angelic figure who maintains moral and ethics in this corrupted world as much as she deems fit. She is a very busy woman and requires a lot of obedience in her workplaces, otherwise one may not be qualified to work under her.

AIKA FURUKAWA
Aika Furukawa. An angel born into a royal bloodline, eventually reaching the status of President in the Heiwa No Chitsujo. She is one of the three leaders in the council that currently govern the city, along with Mad Dog Towser and the secretive K.
She has been around for a while now. Not as long as the others, but long enough to feel confident in herself and the things she does. In all honesty, she loves the attention she gets. She loves knowing that, despite all the things she has to deal with on a daily basis, just maybe she is actually heading towards creating something good. Very much a people pleaser then, she tries her best to get down and empathize with the common folk of the city, understanding that the recent developments in the stubborn human’s world must've been quite a lot for them. How good of a job is she doing? That’s debatable and she clearly holds a lot of toxic values, especially when it comes to Angels and Demons.
BOARD MEMBERS
The least powerful in the board is The President’s Advisor. Who holds no rights to vote, instead only acting as a helper, who, if The President is unable to perform their duties, will take over the role.
The rest three members of the board each hold one vote on every decision and they can put-forth suggestions that will be voted on. Though with the caveat that The President can veto any decision the board suggests. For a suggestion to commence into the act phase, it needs majority’s approval from the whole Board, keeping in mind that The President has two votes.

Aolie Toshiro
(BOARD MEMBER)
To the standard, everyday individual roaming Tokyo's streets, Miss Toshiro might look like nothing but a typical nerdy-looking Italian Renaissance-style artist who spends most of her time painting and spending time by herself, which isn't that far from the truth since painting complex looking and time consuming portraits is her passion, but she is much, much more than that.
Working for the Heiwa no Chitsujo as one of the important Board member, Aolie is the lead scientist working against the corruption writtling around the city's border, and even within these walls; a role she was given after gaining Aika's trust and proving herself to be a competent and professional workaholic researcher.
Koa Tatsuya
(BOARD MEMBER)
Koa Tatsuya, a warlock who resides within Tokyo’s Magi Walls. His last name holds fame in the Witches and Warlocks communities, as he was born into a prestigious family of highly advanced Witches and Warlocks. His family is known for understanding the Principle of Exchange to its entire extent, and Koa himself is famous for his alchemy transmutations.

Koa is actually a very bright personality, just as he was before he disappeared. This leads Koa to be one of the biggest golden retriever energy individuals you could possibly meet. However, this personality is not entirely truthful. Koa may seem like a social butterfly, but that is only towards certain people. Rather, towards certain species. Koa holds a deep hatred for demons and vampires due to his upbringing and painful history. If he deems you as evil, he will go lengths to squash you for good.

GUARDIANS
The highest Actors, Guardians, by their name, Guard the operation of everything below them. They are the most loyal to the board. They make sure no one steps out of line or does something against the Acts decided on by The Board. They are sort of high judges, who can demote anyone below them for acting out of the interest of The Board. And if ever a time comes when the whole system breaks down, it will be them along with the Board too. rebuild.

The Enforcers actively work on the acts of The Board. They are free to work on their own within the interests of The Board, though they are often overseen and guided by a Guardian.
