HUNTERS

unnamed.png

Due to the ongoing threat of other Supernatural Creatures the witches empowered certain humans with the capability of hunting down said creatures. This bloodline is passed down from generation to generation and the only way to tell if they are a Hunter is by a certain tribal tattoo located somewhere on their body. Not much is really known exactly how witches were able to empower these humans, but it is speculated that magic was infused with human blood, which ultimately attached itself to the genetics of the one who was infused. This ultimately led to it being passed down generation by generation.

Most Hunters live in close family units, as that allows them to gain numbers over supernaturals. So, when fighting supernatural creatures, there are typically 4-5+ members of a family all working together as a unit.

Their tribal tattoo, which is a Sigil of its own, allows Hunters to reach the peak of being human. This ultimately means they’re able to constantly run off adrenaline to heighten their senses. Witches and Warlocks created the first hunters through these sigils, which began to pass down through generations. Each Sigil is a unique design, and typically bares no resemblance to any other. However, the abilities they grant will be correspondent to the abilities of their parents. For example, if mother and father were Swifter or Tank, the child would be born into one of those categories.

FAMILY UNITS:

Healer

This individual is the healer of the group, but rather heals themselves faster than other hunters. They’re not as fast however, but just as strong as a swifter.

Tank

This individual is the backbone of hunters, the idealisation of what a hunter is supposed to be. They provide the raw strength.

Swifter

This individual is the typical hunter, as they are fast and strong, but not as strong as the tank. They’re typically the ones that flank behind and do damage from afar.
