Nephilims/Nephalems

Nephilims are half angels, which typically means they are either half human or half demon while being half angel. Most of the time they are not accepted by either version of their relatives. They are simply seen as an abomination that was never meant to be created, as angels or demons are supposed to be pure. Demons and Angels alike will mistreat or ignore their existence.

Regardless of the demonic and angelic point of views of Nephilims, Nephilims tend to find refuge within humanity. However, it is still quite difficult. They cannot truly express themselves, as humans cannot know of their true forms. This in result causes a lot of turmoil within someone… However, their angelic side tends to lean towards moral routes, but that is not always the case.

Classes of Nephilims

The nephilims have been separated into two different classes based on their parents.

1. Half Angel/Half Human (NEPHILIM).

This subspecies is of hybrid beings who are half angel and half human. This category of Nephilims is considered the weakest in terms of power, however it is the most abundant out of the two. Unlike Niphalem, Nephilims rarely ever experience disorders or diseases. When it comes to living in humanity, they are strong, fearless and intelligent, charismatic, attractive, and confident to the point of being arrogant. However, when it comes to living in the world of angels, they are subordinate, quiet, less than, and treated as no more than an abomination.

In terms of Moral alignment, Nephilim can be wild cards. They are usually found trying their hardest to please their angel ancestors by any means possible, or they can be found causing a ruckus to truly earn the title of abomination. This means they typically do everything to a large scale.

PHYSIOLOGY:

・Niphilim have scars where their wings are supposed to be, which are extroardinarily sensitive areas.

・Tend to be similar to their divine status, which means they are usually beautiful-human like individual.

・Their eyes tend to be blue or grey

・In their natural form, they have been sometimes known to have one horn which is always pearly white.

2. Half Angel/Half Demon (NIPHALEM)

This subspecies is of hybrid beings who are half angel and half demon. This category of Nephilims is the strongest of the two, as they possess powers from both Angel and Demon. However, this does not equate them to being stronger than either or of their parents. Typically it means the opposite, as Niphalem are born with physical or mental disorders more often than not. This is in result to the mixture of divinity and chaos streaming through their blood, which results in the disorders as it takes a toll on their growth.

In terms of Moral alignment, Nephalems tend to be neutral, but may also be considered wild cards, going to the side of good, evil or anywhere in between. The same can also be said for the personality of said being.

PHYSIOLOGY:

・Niphalem have scars where their wings are supposed to be, which are extroardinarily sensitive areas.

・They tend to have a mixture of color to them, such as black and blonde hair or different colored eyes. Not always

・They can have sharp teeth or claws in their natural form

Powers

Empathy (NEPHILIM ONLY)

・ Nephilim are able to sense and feel the emotions or feelings of other sentient life forms in their presence. They are able to instantly know when someone is lying by hearing the frequency of their voices or by studying their movements.

Clairvoyance

・ Nephilim and Niphalem possess supernatural senses that allow them to percieve things that humans cannot. They can see invisible beings, they can see demons in their true forms even while said demons are in a human disguise

Health

・ Nephilim and Niphalem are able to fully heal and recover from injuries such as gunshots, broken bones, burns, bite wounds, damaged or missing eyes, and torso impalement. The speed of regeneration is usually dependant on how severe their injury is. However they are not nearly as fast as they would be as purebloods.

Nephilim (ONLY) in particular are immune to most human oriented poisons and drugs, and their accelerated metabolism allows them to stay in near perfect shape with only light exercise. Their increased metabolism has the side-effect of dramatically increasing their appetite. This also makes it extremely difficult for them to become intoxicated from alcohol. Nephilim are also immune to diseases and it is impossible for them to catch a cold or common flu. Cancer, aids, ebola and those kinds of diseases or viruses have no effect on them.

Sacred Blood

・ As beings of angelic descent, the blood that courses through their veins is blessed with the essence of the divine. Their blood is sacred, and is delectable and intoxicating to vampires.

Nephilim in particular can also use their blood to heal others by transfusing it with their own blood. However this is dangerous for Nephalem to do, as their demonic blood can make it worse.

Acceptance

・ Nephilim and Nephalems are notoriously known for never being accepted by either angel, demon or even sometimes humanity. This creates a lot of struggles for them, as anyone who never feels at home will always have lots of turmoil inside them.

Divinity and Chaos Infliction (NIPHALEM)

・ Niphalem are susceptable to both divinity and chaos, which means they can take quite a lot of damage from either or.
